City of Springfield to discuss potential C-Street parking improvements.

The City of Springfield will host a public meeting at 7 p.m., Tuesday, May 3 at Drury on C-Street, 233 E. Commercial Street, to discuss potential parking improvements for the Commercial Street business district, including re-striping portions of the district for angular parking and adding parking lots.

This meeting is a follow-up to the Commercial Street Parking Study conducted by CJW Transportation Consultants in 2015, which indicated a need for about 170 additional parking spots in the district.
