Bond Appearance Set For Lebanon Teacher Accused Of Sexual Contact With Student

Morgan faces a single Class E Felony count for Sexual Contact with a Student. The charge could lead to 5 years imprisonment.

LEBANON, Missouri – A bond appearance has been set for on Elizabeth Ashley (King) Morgan, 30, on March 7, 2018 on the courtroom of Judge Larry Winfrey. She is the Lebanon High School teacher accused of having sexual contact with a male student.

Court records show she bonded out on $5,000 surety with stipulations.

On January 18th, the court approved a media request for redacted documents, records also show.

Morgan faces a single Class E Felony count for Sexual Contact with a Student. The charge could lead to 5 years imprisonment.

She is a dramatic-arts teacher and has been employed since the 2012-13 academic year.

The school district has declined comment other than saying she was suspended for misconduct, citing the matter is protected by personnel policy.

In September, a former Joel E. Barber mathematics teacher, Brandon Hileman, 24, of Lebanon was arrested for alleged possession of child pornography. His bond was set at $50,000.00. We were unable to locate online court records related to this matter.
